At PrintWithMe.store, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Custom or personalized products are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or with a defect.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-printed products or personalized items
Digital downloads or services once delivered
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund depending on the issue.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at info@printwithme.store with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return address.
Pack the item securely and ship it back.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
